Jasmine Essential Oil

The flowers of jasmine plant are steam distilled to make Jasmine essential oil. The fragrant oil is used as an ingredient in perfumes, desserts and alcohol. When used in aromatherapy, it has proven to reduce depressive symptoms by improving mood. This oil is so pure that it can also be used for topical application. It must be noted that the Jasmine essential oil must be diluted before application. A few drops of this essential oil can be added to warm bath or diffuser.
